Transforming the future: CIOB’s digital relaunch with Project Apollo

The Challenge
CIOB needed a modern CRM and portal to support its strategic goals and improve digital services. The programme involved an ambitious overhaul of core systems, a fixed deadline and several delivery partners.

Implementation
The implementation began in January 2024 and went live at the end of October. CIOB created a dedicated internal team and worked with Bluelight, Intercloud9 and other partners through an aligned plan, open communication and prompt decisions.
Results and Impact
The solution went live to plan and CIOB did not need its contingency arrangements. The programme also supported data migration to SharePoint, user training and a simpler base for ongoing support and development.
